Why do I see on some listings that you only accept Paypal?
Some of our listings have been imported from another online site on which Paypal was the only accepted form of payment. For any transaction on eCRATER however, we accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, as well as Paypal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks. All checks must be drawn from a United States bank. Personal checks must clear our bank before your purchase will be mailed out. This may take up to ten days. Payment is expected within seven days of the purchase. Should payment not be received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item. If for some reason payment cannot be made within seven days, please notify us so an exception can be made.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship USPS first class mail unless otherwise notated. No extra postage fee for any quantity of postcards purchased at the same time. As a rule, we ship within three days of receiving payment. The only exceotion to this, is when payment is made by personal check as the check must clear our bank first. We will email you when your item is shipped. We package your purchase carefully to help prevent any damage occuring during mailing.
Should I leave feedback?
Absolutely. Upon completion of a succesful transaction, positive feedback is always much appreciated. In the event of a problem with your purchase, please notify us so we can resolve the issue.
